Italian spring soup

Ingredients:
5 cup boiling water - 1 medium zucchini , chopped
1 medium carrot , chopped - 1/2 cup chopped green beans
1/2 cup canned white beans , drained - 1 large tomato , finely chopped
1/2 pack saudia tomato paste - 3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion , chopped - 1 tsp crushed garlic
1 cube chicken bouillon
3 tbsp of each ( chopped coriander , chopped parsley)
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt ( to taste)
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Method:
In medium saucepan , heat oil and saute onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes
add the chopped tomatoes , tomato paste , chicken bouillon , salt and pepper
and cook for 10 minutes
add the boilling water , veggies and leave them to simmer for 15-20 minutes or
until the vegetables are cooked through
stir the chopped parsley , coriander and dried thyme and serve with bread
